Corinne Smartt Belcher passed away Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at the age of 102. She was born in Viola, Tenn., on Oct. 4, 1905, and grew up there with her six brothers and sisters. She was a graduate of Murfreesboro State Teachers College.
